Metinvest wins the SAP Quality Awards 2024

Metinvest Holding, with the support of its IT partner Metinvest Digital, won the prestigious 2024 SAP Quality Awards in the Central and Eastern Europe region, reaffirming its leadership in business transformation.

The SAP CRM (C4C/CPQ) implementation project at Metinvest Polska was recognized in the Business Transformation: Functional Transformation category, showcasing a high level of innovation and quality in execution.

The SAP Quality Awards annually celebrate the best projects utilizing SAP solutions that deliver significant business results. In 2024, the project went through several evaluation stages, including nomination and being shortlisted in September. On October 1, the teams presented their project to the SAP jury, and the announcement of results and victory on October 24 marked the culmination of this process, highlighting the importance of the implemented changes for the company’s business.

The key IT partner in implementing the SAP CRM system was the Metinvest Digital team, which provided technical implementation, support at every stage of the rollout, and adaptation of the system to the business’s needs.

As a result, the Unified Request Processing Platform implemented by the Metinvest Digital team simplifies access to information, significantly speeds up responses to customer needs, minimizes potential errors, and improves service quality.

Achieved results:

The creation of a unified METINVEST information space based on a centralized CRM system as a source of consolidated, standardized, and up-to-date data powered by SAP solutions now enables:
• Increased transparency of METINVEST POLSKA sales processes;
• Timely access to information for decision-making;
• Reduced operational resource consumption, enhanced accuracy, and relevance of data through integration into a unified accounting system;
• Improved quality and efficiency in customer base management;
• Implementation of tools for retaining and developing an active customer base.

This project exemplified the synergy between Metinvest Holding and Metinvest Digital teams, who combined their efforts and expertise to achieve a common goal — the successful implementation of SAP solutions, which laid a solid foundation for further business development and strengthening IT functions in Ukraine.
