Candidate Requirements

Duties:

  • Planning, budgeting, collecting needs for continuing education / training / staff development
  • Organization of tenders (with the involvement of external providers, including foreign ones)
  • Organization of training events (external / internal / foreign providers)

  • Development of teaching materials, instructions, regulatory documents on issues related to the functional area.

  • Participation in internal training events, presentations, collection and analysis of needs.

  • Monitoring the quality of the provision of personnel training and development services, collecting and analyzing feedback on the results, generating suggestions for improving the function.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
  • Experience as a business coach (preferably);
  • Knowledge of the market of providers in the direction of personnel training / development;
  • Experience in implementing projects for training / assessment / staff development;
  • Confident PC user (MS Office);
  • English Upper- Intermediate;
  • Experience in SAP (preferably).
