Metinvest Digital has confirmed the certificate of the SAP Customer Center of Expertise at the Advanced level. This is the second consecutive confirmation of the highest level of quality support and development of IT solutions based on innovative SAP technologies in the Metinvest Group.

The company has passed an independent audit of the vendor's international experts to assess the quality of 15 IT processes implemented at the SAP Customer Expertise Center. The Advanced Level Certificate certifies that they all meet the highest international standards and ensure the efficiency and transparency of the Group's operating business processes.There are only 50 SAP-certified companies in the world at the highest level of Advanced. In Ukraine, only the Metinvest Group's SAP Customer Expertise Center has such a certificate.

Having a Customer Expertise Center is a prerequisite for implementing SAP technologies and systems. He is responsible for the successful integration of new IT solutions into the company's existing software environments, effective construction of end-to-end business processes based on them and further quality management of the entire perimeter of SAP systems. A separate requirement for the Advanced Customer Expertise Center is the availability of quality management functions, continuous improvement of IT processes based on clear KPIs and separately distinguished in the structure of quality managers.

For the first time, the Metinvest Group's SAP Customer Expertise Center was certified at the Advanced level in 2017.Over the past three years, Metinvest Digital, as the Group's IT business partner, has developed and implemented a set of measures to transform IT processes based on SAP solutions. Among the key changes:

— transition to the HPSM system when registering user requests;

— full automation of regression testing; 

— implementation of the process of initiating changes in SAP systems through business requirements;

— reporting automation;

— resource planning;

— formation of a separate function for interaction with business on the development of SAP systems.

During the audit, international specialists assessed the quality of 15 IT processes: Incident and Problem Management, Project and Solution Documentation, Change Control Management, Release Management, Custom Code Management, Test Management, System Administration and Monitoring, Business Process and Interface Monitoring, Job Management , Data Consistency Management, Data Volume Management, Root Cause Analysis, Remote Supportability, Security, CCOE Quality Management.
