Customer Service Manager (legal support, internal audit, security)

KEY TASKS

  •  Building effective interaction and communication with key business customers at the level of top managers in the areas of "Legal Support", "Internal Audit" and ‘Analysis and Management of Security Risks’

  •  In the field of functional areas' analysis of the business situation, strategic and operational objectives, identify areas of opportunities, risks, the formation of a detailed understanding of existing and new business processes

  •  Formation of a new portfolio of projects, control of their implementation in order to achieve the success of implemented projects in accordance with the business development strategy (Digital Road Map)

  •  Formation of annual plans for business customer satisfaction, monitoring their implementation

  •  Responsibility for promoting the adopted IT / Digital customer development strategy

  •  Informing the IT team about the strategic development of the customer, changes in technology and production, changes in the management of business functions

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  •  Higher Education

  •  Experience in IT from 5 years

  •  Experience in implementing business transformation projects

  •  Knowledge of business and technological processes of the enterprise within the functional direction of service

  •  Knowledge of industry standards, generally accepted and best world practices, methods of organization and implementation of business processes in functional areas

  •  Knowledge of architecture of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, 1C-solutions, integration of modules within one system and systems with each other

  •  Experience in automation and implementation of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, 1C software as a consultant or project manager

  •  Knowledge of the principles and methods of preparation of management reporting in the framework of policies and regulations in the functional area

  •  Knowledge of project management methodology
