Head of IT user training

To respond


  •  Development of a strategy for the development of the center of IT training, control and management of budgets (OPEX, CAPEX)

  •  Participation in the development of methodology for training courses for users of IT systems and processes, the use of modern teaching methods

  •  Setting tasks and monitoring project implementation on the LMS system

  •  Setting tasks for developing reports on key metrics of IT training

  •  Formation of KPIs and goals for the IT learning process

  •  Identification of key required competencies in the department and development of training activities

  •  Formation of the need for IT training in terms of annual planning

  •  Development of a strategy for entering foreign markets


  •  Higher education (preferably IT)

  •  Experience in building user training systems in the IT field of LMS systems

  •  Experience in organizing, planning and conducting training

  •  Experience in this area from 3 years

  •  Implementation of LMS systems

  •  Experience in developing trainings and conducting them
