Task

Automate goal setting and employee performance assessment with SAP SuccessFactors


 

Technology

To implement the project, SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules were used; SAP ERP Human Capital Management.

Decision

Previously, different tools were used to set goals and evaluate personnel performance at enterprises. The process of setting goals and evaluating employees at all enterprises took place in different ways: basically the information was entered in Excel tables and forms, printed on paper, agreed with the managers and stored separately at each of the enterprises. To unify the process of managing employee performance and automating the process, the SAP SuccessFactors solution was used.

Among other advantages, the project brought the following results:

  • 52% reduced the time that employees spend on the goal setting process and annual performance evaluation

  • The processes of setting goals, calculating the effectiveness of accrual of bonuses and bonuses are automated
