WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO

 

  •  Ensure the construction of effective interaction and communication with key business customers at the level of top managers in the areas of ‘Legal support’, ‘Internal audit’, ‘Analysis and management of security risks’

  •  In the field of functional areas analyzes business situations, strategic and operational tasks, identifies areas of opportunities, risks, forms a detailed understanding of current and new business processes

  •  Forms a new portfolio of projects, monitors their implementation in order to achieve project success in accordance with the business development strategy (Digital Road Map)

  •  Forms annual plans of business customer satisfaction, monitoring their implementation / achievement

  •  Responsible for promoting the adopted IT / Digital customer development strategy

  •  Informs the IT team about the strategic development of the Customer, significant changes in technology and production, changes in the management of business functions

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

 
  •  Higher Education

  •  Experience in implementing business transformation projects

  •  Knowledge of business and technological processes of the enterprise within the functional direction of service

  •  Knowledge of industry standards, generally accepted and best world practices, methods of organization and implementation of business processes in functional areas

  •  Knowledge of architecture of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, 1C - decisions, integration of modules within one system and systems with each other

  •  Experience in automation and implementation of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, 1C software as a consultant or project manager

  •  Knowledge of the principles and methods of preparation of management reporting in the framework of policies and regulations in the functional area

  •  Knowledge of project management methodology
