Key areas of responsibility / tasks:
As a Functional Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of an international project in our company.
Project planning Direct project management
Monitoring the implementation of projects in accordance with the plan and budget
Project team management
Project budget management (control of CAPEX / OPEX, according to the project, organization of signing contracts with contractors, organizing tenders for the procurement of projects, closing acts under contracts)
Management of communications with project stakeholders
Project Risk Management Change management
Analysis of staff load in projects. Plan / Actual Comparison and Resource Needs Prediction Project reporting
Preparation of project reports for Collegial Bodies (Project Steering Committee, Nab Council / Board / Invest Committee, etc.)
Maintaining project documentation and Project Plan in MS Project Online
Education and requirements for candidates:
Higher technical or economic education IT systems implementation project management, deep experience in the role of Project Manager Participation in change projects
Organization of the process
Sales methodology work Development of IT service for sales
Working with data and information: Knowledge MS Project Server / MS Project Online
Data analysis methods Knowledge of the methodological foundations of project management / practical application
Knowledge in the field of communications management, working with objections, conducting presentations, preparing presentations
Basic professional knowledge and skills:
Professional project management with over 5 years of experience in managing complex transformation projects
Planning, tracking Stakeholder management
Experience in implementing systems of the class SAP ERP, ERP from other vendors (plus)
Experience in justifying and defending projects
Knowledge and understanding of key approaches and methodologies for project management (Waterfall, SCRUM, KANBAN), knowledge of flexible SDLC Skills and experience of managing a project team of at least 20 people
Ability to work with MS Project Server / MS Project Online
Presentation skills Negotiation skills Skills of work with level С-1 PMP / IPMA certifications are welcome English at an advanced level (Advanced)
