What will you need to do?
collection and verification of data on planning / replanning / accounting of labor resources in project and non-project activities
conducting resource balancing procedures for a portfolio of projects, for structural units and other analysts
coordination of the use of resources between projects and structural units
work with Project Managers on rescheduling projects, on resource constraints
work with the heads of structural and functional divisions on the allocation and use of resources for projects
participation in the development of methodology and automation of human resources management processes in the company
Collecting, checking, updating the headcount drivers in the context of structural divisions, functions, roles
Consider and plan for FTE
Optimize, automate and introduce new approaches in the process of resource planning and headcount control
Work with the staffing table
Grading
Key skills:
Higher education
Work experience in a similar position at least 2 years
Experience in analytics and statistical analysis of large amounts of data
Experience and understanding of the functional architecture of MS Project (other resource management systems)
Advanced user with Excel, Power Point
Presentation preparation skills
English Intermediate
