Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will become a driver of change in our key digital transformation projects. If you have solid experience in managing complex projects, and can confidently work with teams, clients, and stakeholders at the top-management level — we’re looking for you.

❚ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Full-cycle project management;
• Planning, launching, and overseeing implementation of projects/programs (e-document workflow, HR platforms, SAP-related initiatives);
• Project team formation and leadership;
• Managing contractors and coordinating external resources;
• Project documentation management, budgeting, timeline and quality control;
• Monitoring project progress, regular reporting;
• Engaging with business representatives, sponsors, and stakeholders;
• Delivering presentations to top management.

❚ YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
• Higher education (technical, economic, or management);
• 3+ years of experience managing projects/programs in large enterprise environments;
• Proven track record in successfully delivering digital transformation, innovation, or end-to-end complex projects;
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience resolving resource conflicts and estimating project workloads;
• Understanding of implementation systems and levels (L0 to L3–L4);
• Knowledge of investment processes, project economics, and financial metrics;
• Experience managing teams of 5–20 people;
• Experience negotiating with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders;
• Ability to present project progress and results to senior leadership;
• Proficiency in MS Project Server / Project Online or similar tools;
• PMP certification is a plus;
• English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
