| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute off-cycle materials requirements planning (MRP) operations and analyze off-cycle MRP results.
• Audit the customer’s needs against the submitted purchase request.
• Analyze the possibility to cover customers’ materials needs from existing stock.
• Process and verify purchase requests from business units.
• Review and approve off-cycle orders for MRO and general supplies; issue permits to adjust MRO and general supplies demand.
• Plan stock transfers of materials from the central warehouse to the requester’s warehouse.
• Prepare and consolidate payment justification (“criticality”) for payment items in SAP ERP.
• Form and consolidate payment registers for the IT stream.
• Align register positions with CFAs (Centers of Financial Accountability) and coordinate payment approval with the Managing Company level.
• Plan and analyze payment budgets within a 1–4 month horizon.
| YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU HAVE
• Understanding of procurement and materials supply processes.
• Solid grasp of corporate finance principles.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems (1C, SAP, etc.).
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).
• Skills in data analysis and processing; ability to conduct comprehensive information-analytical research.
• Strong communication skills.
• Independence and goal orientation in achieving results.
• Willingness to self-develop.
