Metinvest Digital entered the top digitalization leaders rating in Ukraine

The Power of Money publication prepared a rating of the top 25 Ukrainian companies that are leaders in digitalization, including Metinvest Digital. Large private and state-run companies from different sectors entered the rating: metals and mining, energy, logistics, pharmaceuticals, telecom and others. The rating was prepared based on such criteria as the scale of business activities in digitalization and implementation of digital technologies, the size of relevant investments and their importance for strengthening the technological potential of Ukraine.

In May 2020, as part of the Group’s IT strategy, the company completed the largest terrestrial infrastructure migration for more than 30 Metinvest’s enterprises in Ukraine, Europe and the USA to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Moving to the cloud will allow Metinvest Digital to more effectively implement innovative solutions based on Industry 4.0 technologies, such as the industrial Internet of things, artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital doubles, manufacturing management systems and so on.
