Head of Cybersecurity Center (Kyiv)

We are looking for a Head of Cybersecurity Center.

Lead the SOC. Protect the business. Manage incidents. Eliminate vulnerabilities. We are looking for a professional with deep expertise in information and cybersecurity, ready to take a key role in protecting the company.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide overall expertise in information and cybersecurity matters across IT and business projects.

• Manage the Security Operations Center team.

• Support and develop security event monitoring systems and automate the information security incident management process (SIEM + SOAR).

• Support and develop the Information Security Vulnerability Management system (Vulnerability Managemet).

• Support and develop the process and automation systems for secure software development (Application Security).

• Provide reporting on the supervised processes (Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, Secure Software Development).

| YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security. Team management experience in information and/or cybersecurity is a plus.

• Knowledge and understanding of standards and best practices for implementing information and cybersecurity (ISO, NIST CSF, SANS, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.).

• Knowledge and understanding of the process of detecting, analyzing, and responding to cyber incidents.

• Strong knowledge of security event monitoring tools (SIEM) and automation of cyber incident response processes (SOAR).

• Knowledge and understanding of cyber incident investigation principles and digital forensics.

• Knowledge and skills in developing correlation rules for security event monitoring and cyber incident handling.

• Knowledge and understanding of the IS Vulnerability Management process, its automation, and integration into SOC functionality.
